The Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia has assured corps members posted to the State of his commitment to ensure their safety during their service year.
Fr. Alia stated this at the closing of Camp activities for the NYSC Batch A stream II corps members posted to Benue state at the NYSC orientation camp Wannune, Tarka Local Government of Benue state.
He assured corps members of government’s commitment to provide adequate welfare packages for them as they serve in the state, committing to keep to his one hundred thousand Naira for Doctors and Fifteen Thousand Naira for other copers’ promise as he also directs engineers to give the camp a facelift and provide basic amenities to make the camp more homely.
