The Benue Investment and Property Company Limited (BIPC) is set to extend its bread and water factories to six local government areas in Benue State in the first quarter of 2025 as well as build a diaspora city and low-income housing estates.
CEO Dr. Raymond Asemakaha-CFA announced these initiatives during a Radio Benue interview, also highlighting the creation of 472 direct and 1,250 indirect jobs. BIPC is sourcing agricultural commodities statewide to support local farmers, in line with Governor Hyacinth Alia’s vision.
Additionally, BIPC’s ZEVA lager beer has seen significant demand, with the first truckload selling out in two days. The company is moving forward with a food basket brewery, set to be publicly listed once complete.
BIPC is also the sole nail manufacturer in the north-central region, offering direct sales from its headquarters in Makurdi. With positive economic momentum, BIPC is contributing to the region’s growing economic prospects for 2025.
